Terms and Conditions

1. Players must be 18 years of age at the time the event they will play in the Marbella Classic Poker League 2009. Players will be required to show a valid piece of photo I.D. before receiving their seat & table assignments.
2. Employees and immediate family members of employees of LiiPoker, and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion
3. By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by LiiPoker.
4. LiiPoker reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
5. Players in the Marbella Classic Poker League understand that they will play in Marbella, Malaga. Players unable to travel and play in this event will forfeit the seat portion of their prize package.
6. Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Players are advised to check Visa and Passport requirements for entering Ireland.
7. LiiPoker is responsible for player’s registration in the Marbella Classic Poker League 2009 €250+€250 event.
8. LiiPoker agrees to pay $660 USD to the winner’s Real Money Account Balance upon completion of the online tournament win, when valid proof of age is received (valid piece of Photo ID). Identification must match the personal detail as displayed on the winner's LiiPoker real money player's account.
9. Players competing in the Marbella Classic Poker League 2009 main event agree to wear at least one visible piece of LiiPoker logo gear during all time spent in the main event, where permitted by the host casino, Casino Marbella and local filming authorities.
   
10. As a Marbella Classic Poker League 2009 Prize Package winner on LiiPoker, the player agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Marbella Classic Poker League.
    
11. LiiPoker management decisions are final.
